Cobus Side Table

Designed with the confidence of a piece that knows exactly what it is, this accent table is as much sculptural object as functional surface. Two elemental materials meet in this quietly dramatic accent table. Hand-finished in a sleek matte black finish, the solid wood construction reveals the natural variation of the material — the grain, the texture, the honest imperfection that mass production cannot replicate. The solid wood construction means this piece will develop character over years of use — its surface warming, its joints tightening, its presence deepening. Equally at home beside a sofa, anchoring a reading nook, or serving as a sculptural landing spot in an entry, this piece works as hard as it looks good. Style it with a stack of books, a ceramic vessel, or a trailing plant to anchor the vignette.
