Blocks, formation and fire! Discover a unique set inspired by the soldiers of the Kingdom of Prussia from the NAPOLEONIC WARS series! Travel back to the era of the Napoleonic Wars and recreate unforgettable battle scenes involving Prussian soldiers. The Prussian infantry of this era was known for its discipline, simplicity of uniform and solidity on the battlefield. Although not as colorful as the French or Austrian armies, it formed one of the foundations of the final victory over Napoleon. The man who changed the course of history! Napoleon Bonaparte is one of the most fascinating figures in European history! A brilliant strategist, reformer and creator of the modern army. His military campaigns are not only lessons in tactics, but also stories of ambition and determination. The Prussian army, remaining in the shadow of the Napoleonic epic during this time, went through an incredibly interesting period, from a crushing defeat to a spectacular rise. Prussian infantry in the Napoleonic era The Prussians first faced Napoleon in 1806. The defeat at Jena and Auerstädt was devastating; the Prussian army was shattered, and the country came under French protectorate. Prussia was forced to reform its army. Modern training techniques were introduced, and a new generation of officers came to the forefront. After years of reorganization, the Prussian army played a key role in the final Napoleonic campaigns, especially in 1813 during the Battle of Nations at Leipzig and during the famous Battle of Waterloo in 1815, where the forces, under the command of Field Marshal Blücher, supported the Duke of Wellington in the decisive battle that led to the defeat of Napoleon. The most important elements of the PRUSSIAN SOLDIERS set: • Three unique figures of Prussian soldiers from the Napoleonic era. The set includes different types of soldiers. Each figure is a separate story waiting to be told! Line infantry soldier - A typical representative of the regular Prussian army in a dark blue jacket with white and brown cartridge pouches, gray trousers and high leather boots. On his head, he wears a classic shako with a pompom, and on his back, a knapsack. Armed with a musket and bayonet, he looks like a living fragment of the Prussian war machine: trained, stern and ready for battle. Soldier from Lützow's Free Corps - A volunteer from one of the most romanticized formations of the Napoleonic era, known for its black uniforms. His coat fluttered in the march like a shadow, and the tall, black shako decorated with a white pompom caught the eye. On his back, he carried a military knapsack, and in his hands, ready for battle, a musket with a bayonet. Prussian infantry soldier – Dressed in a dark blue uniform, decorated with white cartridge pouches and yellow accents on the collar and epaulets. On his head, he wears a typical Prussian cap in blue, finished with a yellow stripe. In his hands, he holds a musket with a fixed bayonet. His posture and armament leave no doubt: this is a soldier ready to fight at any moment.
