Cobb Hill - House Plan

The Cobb Hill is a charming and cozy 2-3 bedroom farmhouse plan featuring a classic cross gabled design and a wrap around porch. This plan makes efficient use of its square footage. A 10ft deep wrap around porch welcomes you into the home. The spacious open concept first floor offers a living room (with woodstove or fireplace), kitchen (with pantry and island) and dining room which opens up to the rear yard with a sliding glass door.  To the side, the den (and full bathroom) offers a good workspace or guest bedroom.  Connecting to the garage is a narrow mud room with space for built-ins and a laundry room.  Upstairs, 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom. Each features ample closet space. Finally, an unfinished bonus room above the garage offers an opportunity for future expansion.
