This listing is for a single ASTM F136 implant grade titanium push-pin flat back stud. Note that if you are a Studs of the Month box member, these are the studs that you received in the November box. Measurements:  18 GA (1mm) Post is 1/4 inch (6mm) in length, with a 4mm disc on back.  Approx. size of front piece is 6mm x 2mm. Refer to listing images to get an idea of the size of the stud on-ear.
