Coaching Session - Private Service

Latricia Friend is our resident expert on everything related to the private service industry, executive support, and hospitality.   Joining the team in 2012, Latricia is one of the very first coaches hired by PTCS. However, she first met Donna Shannon while gaining her Certificate in Household Management (CHM) through the Starkey International Institute in 2007. Since then, Latricia has built a solid reputation for her fractional household management business in New York and as a guiding voice in the private service industry. Latricia received the 2017 Private Service Professional of the Year from the Domestic Estate Management Association (DEMA). In addition, Latricia has presented at several national conferences and currently hosts the 5-Star Service Club on Clubhouse. Topics for Hourly Coaching: Interview strategies and mock interviews. Salary negotiation planning. Career planning for the private service industry. Job searching strategies. Unusual or “weird” career questions that you were afraid to ask anyone else! Includes: Pre-meeting evaluation via Intake Form. 60-minute private meeting on the phone or via Zoom. Follow-up action plan. LIMITATIONS Let’s be clear: This is not therapy.  As highly experienced career coaches, we are very focused on helping you reach your career goals. While we may discuss your challenges, professional relationships, and even your private doubts, this is not therapy. If you need professional help in those areas, we can recommend other sources for you. TIMING: Our schedules do fill up quickly. Purchase today to get the first pick on our calendars. We accommodate evening and weekend appointments on a limited basis. Please call 720-452-3400 for details.
