Coach T "Volunteer 2.0" Tee - Unisex

"We want volunteers, not hostages" reflects the belief in fostering a culture of commitment and enthusiasm rather than obligation or resentment. This phrase emphasizes that players and staff should be fully invested, willing participants who embrace the team's goals and culture, rather than people who feel forced or unwilling to be there. This mindset encourages personal accountability and a positive attitude, where everyone is motivated to give their best because they want to, not because they have to. In broader contexts, it applies to leadership and team-building, highlighting the importance of creating environments where people are engaged, passionate, and genuinely committed to contributing to collective success.  Fiber Content: 50% Polyester/ 25% Cotton/ 25% Rayon **These do run "true to size".
