Part #28 on the Clutch Arm Located on the exterior of the 66cc (80cc) 2 stroke bicycle engine, the clutch arm should be spring loaded to be parallel to the engine. It is directly connected to the clutch cable and the clutch camshaft. Part Number (See Parts Manual): 3-28
