Cloud Oval Serving Tray

Inspired by vintage Belgian tableware and handmade just outside Marrakech, the Ovals Serving Tray combines old world character with a relaxed, organic silhouette. Generously sized and substantial in weight, it was designed for gathering. Use it for everything from a holiday turkey or whole roasted fish to desserts, couscous, or a beautifully arranged grazing table. Each tray is shaped and finished by hand using a custom blend of clay. The matte Cloud glaze is softly translucent, allowing hints of the clay beneath to create a warm grey white tone that shifts subtly in changing light. The atelier is led by a Maâlem, or master craftsman, who continues to practice and teach the traditional ceramic techniques behind each piece. Slight asymmetry and variations in color, texture, and glaze are part of the handmade process and ensure that no two pieces are exactly alike. A substantial serving piece made for everyday meals, celebrations, and years of gathering around the table.
