This workbook is meant to be like a friend you can "talk to" about your process of practicing the nine trainings in ngondro texts-whether you're reflecting on the four thoughts, doing recitations, exerting yourself with prostrations, making mandala offerings, or seeking a Vajrayana guru. May it support you through both the exhilarating moments and the difficult ones as you walk the path toward awakening.
