Production Notes The production journey of Clear Creek Pear Brandy begins with perfect Bartlett pears, picked at their ripest from sustainable Oregon orchards. The fruit is fermented into a pure dry pear cider that is then distilled into eau-de-vie in Clear Creek's copper alembic stills. This distillation process preserves the fruity essence of the pear, which is then aged for a minimum of two years in neutral vessels to perfect its complex and distinctive taste. The process concludes with the product being hand-bottled and labeled, preserving its artisanal legacy. 375ml & 80 Proof
