Cleanup "Pathogen Protocol"

Your system was not meant to house an overload of pathogens. This overload causes inflammatory responses, digestive discomforts, and a wide range of health issues. Silver Fern™ Brand’s Pathogen Protocol provides the broad range of cleanup actions needed to help restore balance, build a strong barrier, and build up the gut microbiome once more. The Pathogen Protocol is also effective at helping with rapid motility issues (diarrhea and loose stool issues).* Silver Fern™’s Comprehensive Cleanup Protocol * The Root Cause Is… Did you know one of our founders has Hashimoto’s? Today her issues are “under control,” her hair grows, she eats gluten, her brain fog is gone, and she doesn’t have bad joint pain. Silver Fern™ specializes in helping with a variety of digestive issues. Whether it be diarrhea, loose stools, bloating, immune health, reflux, or other gut-centralized issue, we can help. * The pathogen protocol targets the underlying causes of gut issues.  The flow of most gut issues look like this: * Gut and stomach imbalances caused by bacteria, fungus, pathogens, etc. ↓ Leads to increased gut barrier permeability or “leaky gut” ↓ Which triggers unhealthy inflammatory responses and immune system malfunction ↓ Finally causing diarrhea, bloating, gas, reflux, nausea, stomach discomforts, constipation, and more By starting at the beginning, you can not only help relieve your troubling issues but stop them from coming back altogether!  Most other approaches simply deal with the symptom, and not the cause, that’s what makes Silver Fern different. * Cleanup Protocol (recommended 120 days) –  May help with: Diarrhea and loose stool issues* Complete stomach, small, and large intestine cleanup* Unwanted pathogens* Supporting nutrient absorption problems* Healthy immune responses* How We Address Cleanup: Silver Fern Brand’s cleanup protocol focuses on using 3 different products, depending on the severity of your situation.  For mild situations, we recommend Cleanse and the Ultimate Probiotic. For more severe situations, we recommend pairing Cleanse with Nano Scrub: Cleanse Cleanse contains immunoglobulins that help bind toxins in the gut, helps with healthy immune responses, and helps build the gut barrier. These immunoglobulins do not enter the bloodstream, all their work is done in the gut!  Cleanse is like colostrum but better! We selected a branded, clinically tested ingredient for Cleanse proven to be effective and dairy-free.  Cleanse may help: Bind up toxins released by bad pathogens * Improve digestion * Improve nutrient absorption * Support immune modulation * Strengthen gut barrier function  * Cleanse is the binder in our Clean Up protocols. Ultimate Probiotic and Nano Scrub help to restructure the gut microbiome. However, this process can leave toxic debris from decomposing pathogens. Cleanse mops up this leftover waste and helps keep the gut clean and healthy. * Ultimate Probiotic Silver Fern™ Brand’s Ultimate Probiotic was formulated by a microbiologist who pioneered an entirely new category of probiotics: spore-based probiotics! This was a break from the trend of traditional Lactobacillus and Bifidobacteria species, which can die off in the stomach before reaching the colon. The Bacillus strains used in Ultimate Probiotic have a spore coating that protects the probiotic from harsh stomach acids and other digestive conditions. Plus, we added a beneficial probiotic yeast, which may fight against other harmful yeasts in the gut. We call Ultimate Probiotic the "gut gardener" because it helps manage the environment of the microbiome in the gut like a gardener would. Ultimate Probiotic may help: Increase diversity of beneficial bacteria * Push out harmful bacteria * Strengthen the gut barrier * Increase digestive enzyme production to help with digestion and absorption of essential nutrients* The Ultimate Probiotic alone can help with a gut cleanup but works synergistically with Cleanse to help push harmful things out of your system.* Nano Scrub Nano Scrub is a purified silver uniquely developed for Silver Fern™ Brand’s gut health applications. This frequency-activated nano Ag4O4 provides ongoing strike actions whereas other silver products, such as colloidal or ionic silver, only provide a single strike action.  This means Silver Fern’s Nano Scrub is much more effective at disassembling harmful invaders at much lower doses. It is a powerful scrubber of the gut that won’t cause a build-up of silver in the body like other silver products.* Nano Scrub may help: Unravel bad microbes, without harming beneficial species * Unravel pathogens and unwanted invaders or toxins* Leaves the body naturally within 24 hours and does not build up in the system* Has many years of human consumption research and 3 human ingestion studies for safety and effectiveness.  We pair Nano Scrub with Cleanse for more intense cleanups.  This combo is highly effective at pulling apart harmful things in the body and binding them up so your body can effectively remove them! * Cleanup Protocol (120 Days) Mild Cleanup Needs For mild digestive discomforts, short-term imbalances, and food issues ULTIMATE PROBIOTIC (1 bottle/month) 2 capsules per day taken with food Week 1: 1 capsule per day Week 2+: 2 capsules per day CLEANSE (1 bottle/month) 4 capsules per day, best taken with Ultimate Probiotic Week 1: 2 capsules per day Week 2: 4 capsules per day  Moderate to Severe Cleanup Needs For pathogen issues, long-term microbial imbalances and more severe digestive issues CLEANSE (2 bottles/month) Week 1: 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening with or without food Week 2+: 4 capsules in the morning and 4 capsules in the evening (8 capsules total) with or without food NANO SCRUB (3 bottles/month) Week 1: 1 tsp in the morning on an empty stomach, gargle and swish in your mouth for 10 to 15 seconds before swallowing Week 2+: 2 tsp in the morning on an empty stomach and 1 tsp in the evening on an empty stomach, gargle and swish in your mouth for 10 to 15 seconds before swallowing 8 Cleanup Protocol Tips. If you have any constipation, reflux, or slow motility issues please start with the Slow Motility + protocol (Step 1) before starting the Cleanup Protocol (Step 2). Slow motility issues can cause diarrhea, loose stools, and pathogen overgrowth. It is important to address this concern first as a clogged system will be very difficult to clean up! * We recommend staying on this cleanup protocol for 120 days. This is to ensure that everything is properly cleaned up and that you don’t need to come back and redo this step.* Medications, magnesium, high doses of vitamin C, caffeine, aloe vera, and other ingredients may contribute to diarrhea and loose stools. Please review the other ingredients you are taking to help determine if they may be contributing to the issue(s). Please consult with your doctor about medication concerns. * For concerns with stomach imbalances, please open the capsules of Cleanse and pour the powder into juice, food, or Reflux to consume. This will allow the immunoglobulins in Cleanse to clean the stomach along with the intestines.* Cleanse contains antibodies or immunoglobulins. They are binders. When a person has a high pathogen load and the immunoglobulins soak up a lot of pathogens it may cause discomfort such as constipation, bloating, nausea, headaches, increased urination, and digestive cramps. If this happens, reduce the dosing by 50% for two weeks, and then slowly increase back to the normal dose. Be sure to drink more water and be more active. This is a sign the product is working but you also need to adjust the protocols according to your body and needs. The discomforts should pass as things start to get cleaned up.* Nano Scrub is our most effective solution for breaking apart pathogen build-up. If you have a high number of pathogens in your body, cleaning up the gut may be more uncomfortable. Like Cleanse above, please take the dosing that is best for your comfort. You can start using Nano Scrub at doses as little as 1/8 of a tsp. Once again, this means the product is working and you should be able to return to the normal dosing over time.* Do not take the clean-up protocol if you are pregnant or nursing. Please consult with your medical doctor. We do not recommend mixing and matching other products and protocols with this protocol. Vitamins and enzymes that do not make you feel nauseous or uncomfortable are fine to take during all stages of the protocols. Please always consult your doctor or physician before taking these or any other supplements. Optional Additions: While most do not need to add anything to the Cleanup Protocol if you have additional circumstances you are concerned about these suggestions may be helpful. For additional support for immune responses and reflux issues: Add 1 to 2 bottles of Reflux – take 1 to 2 scoops per day Reflux can help build and strengthen the mucosal barrier in the small intestine where DAO enzymes are produced, and nutrients are absorbed. * Help Maintaining Regularity Add 1 bottle of Motility – take 2 capsules per day without or without food If you just finished the Motility Protocol, Reflux + Motility Protocol, Slow Motility+ Protocol, or are simply concerned with constipation issues, Motility can help you maintain regularity while going through the cleanup protocol. * Digestive Support Add 1 bottle of Digestive Enzymes – take 1 to 2 capsules per meal Poor digestion of foods can cause diarrhea and loose stools. Digestive Enzymes can help your body more properly break down food more efficiently while your body starts increasing its own enzyme production again. * Severe Diarrhea and Rapid Motility Issues Add 2 additional bottles of Cleanse – take 8 capsules in the morning and 8 capsules at night, 16 total per day (up from 8 per day in the original protocol) Pathogens, bacterial overgrowth, and fungal overgrowth can all cause digestive issues, diarrhea, and loose stools.  Over time, these gut imbalances create systemic, low-grade inflammatory responses which can scramble the immune system, leading to overactivation of the bowels. Symptoms of sustained microbial imbalances include diarrhea, loose stool, food intolerances, and skin conditions. Additional doses of Cleanse will help bring the immune system back to balance, quell unhealthy immune responses, and improve stool consistency. * Histamine Intolerances Histamine intolerances happen when pathogens overproduce histamine, and the mucosal barrier is weak and damaged. Mucosal damage can also cause the small intestine to underproduce DAO enzymes. Often people with histamine intolerance have an overabundance of certain pathogens (bad bacteria) and also have too few beneficial bacteria (i.e., Prevotella and F. prausnitzii).  This protocol can help balance teh gut bacteria and support the mucosal barrier of the small intestine. The MucoSave™ ingredient found in Reflux and Regularity may be beneficial for the small intestine mucosal barrier. The Build-Up protocol (step 3) is where we focus on increasing the abundance of beneficial bacteria.* Food Intolerances Food intolerances are generally considered to be due to an enzyme deficiency.  This may be caused by: Increased gut barrier permeability allowing the translocation of pathogens to the pancreas. This increase of pathogens in the pancreas may cause inflammation and reduce enzyme production.* A weak and/or damaged stomach barrier resulting in decreased gastric juices. Gastric juices are contributors of pepsin and HCL helping with the digestion of foods.* A lack of beneficial bacteria that produce enzymes, which can help their human host break down food.* Silver Fern’s™ approach to dealing with these issues are to help decrease pathogens and strengthen the gut barrier.* This protocol may help clean up the pathogens that may be damaging the stomach barrier. * The Ultimate Probiotic used in the Buildup Step contains two strains that can help increase enzyme production (including DAO enzyme production). This process may help with food intolerances. * Many people who experience severe bloating have an overabundance of bad bacteria in the system. These bacteria ferment fibers and produce gas that may cause bloating, abdominal cramps, and discomfort. A comprehensive response to pathogens may help reduce this fermentation of fiber allowing it to become beneficial again. By reducing bacterial load in the small intestine and repairing the body’s ability to produce enzymes, people may be able to regain food freedom. Difficult-to-digest foods should be avoided until you are a couple of months into the Build-Up Protocol. Once you get to this point in the protocol, you can slowly introduce foods into your diet again.* Diet Everyone’s circumstances are different, and we are also aware that a diet that is too strict is likely to fail. Here are some general guidelines and suggestions for a balanced approach to your diet during this protocol. Reduce or eliminate heavily processed foods Reduce or eliminate fast foods Reduce or eliminate the use of alcohol Reduce or eliminate the use of artificial sweeteners Reduce or eliminate consuming sugary foods, treats, and drinks If you are on a low FODMAP diet, continue to restrict FODMAP foods until you are 3 to 4 months into the Build Up phase If a food causes you discomfort now, please reduce or eliminate it until you are into the Build Up protocol Balance is key to sustainable results. We suggest a balanced approach to your diet. If you need a “cheat” meal or snack we understand.  If you do, we recommend taking enzymes that may help your system handle it better.  Side Effects: Always consult with your doctor or physician about any interactions any supplement may have with your medications or health history. When you are doing a cleanup of your system, your body is clearing out a lot of toxins. As pathogens are killed off, they release their inner contents, and their cell wall disintegrates. This debris can cause a reaction in the system, leading to die-off discomfort. If you experience intense discomfort, we recommend reducing the dose of Nano Scrub and going slower on the protocols.  As you are able, slowly work back up to the suggested dosing.* Allergic reactions are not common. If you have skin irritations or other signs of allergies from these products or any products, stop using them immediately and consult your doctor. For those with a beef allergen, please do not take Cleanse (immunoglobulins). Cleanse is dairy-free, but some with beef allergens may react to immunoglobulins. * Build-Up Protocol Once you’ve completed the Cleanup protocol, we recommend moving on to the Buildup Protocol. The best way to prevent future gut issues is to build a gut microbiome that is inhospitable to pathogens. Key bacteria and organisms drive pathogens out. This process is also key to the immune system, metabolism, enzyme production, etc. * * These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
