Clean Worcestershire

WORCESTERSHIRE, CLEANED UP All the bold, tangy and savory flavor you expect from Worcestershire—without the anchovies, soy, maltodextrin, corn syrup, caramel color or mystery ingredients found in many traditional sauces and powders. Our Clean Worcestershire Powder was actually born while we were developing our new Clean Au Jus. Worcestershire was essential to creating the rich, savory flavor we wanted, but we couldn’t find a powder clean enough to meet our standards. So, like many of our products, we created the solution ourselves. Starting from the ground up, we rebuilt the classic Worcestershire flavor using recognizable ingredients like tamarind, molasses, tomato, mushroom, vinegar, onion, garlic and spices. The result is a bold, deeply savory and allergy-conscious pantry staple that adds instant depth and umami to meats, vegetables, soups, sauces and everyday meals. And because it’s a powder, it stays fresh longer, takes up less pantry space and gives you more ways to use it. Sprinkle it directly onto food, mix it into recipes or add water whenever you need liquid Worcestershire sauce.
