This kit includes: 1 Sustainably Sourced Organic Sage Bundle 1 Smokey Quartz Cluster 1 Raw Black Tourmaline 1 Selenite Wand 1 Abalone Shell Sage Crystals Matchbook Sage is a sacred herb that has been used for millennia to clear sacred spaces and as a healing agent. The smoke from burning sage cleanses, clears and purifies negative energy. While it is more commonly used to clear spaces of dense energy, it can also be used to purify thoughts or cleanse personal objects. As the smoke wafts away, it carries with it the low vibrational energy that causes pain, suffering and sadness. It can be used to clear a space after an argument, from negative thoughts, or to reset energy. The strength of Smokey Quartz lies in its ability to absorb and transmute significant amounts of negative energy and release it into the Earth to be neutralized naturally. Instead of just surfacing negative energies and emotional blockages, this crystal gently dissolves these energies as it encounters them, allowing positive frequencies to take their place, filtering out bad moods, fear, stress, anger, and unspoken resentment that drain one's energies and unable to move forward. Black Tourmaline is a powerful grounding stone and is revered as a premier talisman of purification and protection, a shield deflecting and absorbing negative energies, emotional vampires, or destructive forces. It guards against radiation, electromagnetic smog, and environmental pollutants, and is highly useful in purifying and neutralizing one's own negative thoughts and internal conflicts, and turning them into positive, usable energy. Selenite is one of the most powerful clearing stones in the world. An effective clearing agent of the auric field, Selenite helps to remove all energy blockages in the body by having it nearby, or by holding it and visualizing the crystal erasing away all the negativity, fear, pain, stress, heartache, or worry that needs to be released. Perfect for catching the ashes of the Sage Bundle, Abalone Shell is a talisman for healing, as this delicate shell carries the calming energy of the ocean. Hold these shells close to ward off negativity and promote inner peace. Whenever we have an Abalone Shell in our possession, we hold a powerful tether to the element of water, promoting empathy, intuition, and psychic abilities.
