Clayton Bark Rug

The Clayton Collection is a hand-tufted, solid-toned wool area rug with angled edges for a modern twist on traditional home decor. Clayton adds even more dimension with a luxurious high/low looped pile that’s perfect in living rooms, bedrooms, and more. This collection is made in India and Goodweave-certified, ensuring our commitment to ethical production and the support of weavers’ communities. Some shedding is expected and a natural characteristic of wool rugs; we recommend vacuuming frequently without a beater bar. As enthusiasts of natural design at Amethyst, we love the nature inspired Clayton Bark Rug. This item pairs well with other brands such as Surya and is perfect for wabi sabi homes. Clayton Cln-01 CLN-01 Bark 100% Wool Hand Tufted Clean spills, including water, immediately by blotting with a clean, white dry sponge or cloth. Avoid exposure to all liquids. Professional cleaning recommended. Appropriate rug pad is highly recommended on all surfaces to prevent slipping, add cushion, and improve durability. Expect shedding. For vacuuming, use a vacuum cleaner without beater bar or one where you can set the bar to the highest pile setting. If your vacuum has variable power settings, set on low. Vacuum full length of the rug, turn and repeat to the next area, rather than back and forth motion.
