Make this lovely jacket, perfect for autumn.  The sleeves and skirt increase to form a lacey pattern using a larger needle size for a softer look. This is sure to be an eye-catching garment in your dolly's closet. Ribbons threaded through the holes at the elbow and waist are tied in pretty bows to emphasize the look.
