Their knives—including table, pocket, kitchen, wine-service, and steak variants—are entirely crafted in-house using high-grade steels and techniques like CAD design, laser cutting, and digital grinding, yet many steps remain handcrafted. Over generations, the family business has been recognized for its excellence, earning titles such as Maître Artisan Coutelier and the prestigious “Living Heritage Company” label. The brand honors iconic French styles like Le Thiers®, Laguiole, Capucin, and regional forms—reinterpreting them with both authenticity and flair. Every Claude Dozorme knife is a unique union of innovation, heritage, and refined French craftsmanship.
