Classical Cross

The ancient Greeks excelled at politics and philosophy, but what most resonates with us today from this period is the classical architecture and sculpture we can still experience. That sentiment is evident in this finely crafted 3.25 x 5-inch classical cross from Arthur Court, which features realistic textures and ionic flourishes at its base. Its hand-polished aluminum never tarnishes, and should be hand washed and towel dried immediately. Steeped in symbolism, this piece appeals to all members of the Christian faith, as the fleur-de-lis is the symbol of the holy Trinity as well as French nobility. It represents the shape of the pure lily, but is also depicted as the sword of righteousness in its exaggerated point. Whatever the symbolism means to your family, it's the perfect gift to mark baptisms, confirmations, engagements, and family unity. Let this Arthur Court classical cross help you celebrate the defining moments of your life. Flourishing fleur-de-lis symbols create three points on this cross, while its base mounts on top of a small pedestal. Distinguished lines within the handmade, aluminum design offer a defined presence in your home. Size: W: 3.25" / H: 5.0" Care: Dry dust. If needed, hand wash in warm water, use mild non-acidic soap. Rinse, dry completely.
