Classic VG2 Knife Sharpener

Fast and Simple | Patented spring action bars invented in Austria by a master knife maker make sharpening easy and foolproof. Sharpen dull and damaged blades in seconds, or hone a razor sharp edge on even the finest knife blades. Get professional results easier and faster. 3-Action | 1: Sharpen by removing metal and cutting a new edge. 2: Hone by re-aligning the blade without removing metal. 3: For serrated knives, sharpen the complete edge by pulling through at an angle. More stable sharpening bars give superior results. Auto-Adjusting | Precision tungsten-carbide sharpeners on patented spring-action bars automatically adjust to the angle of the knife blade. Control the angle from 11 degrees (super-sharp fillet knifes) to 21 degrees (rugged chopping blades), including serrated and high-quality Damascus knives. Safe for All Knives | Re-align edges before they roll over and dull without the fear of damaging your blade. The honing function will keep knives razor sharp without removing any metal. Rugged PA 66 Nylon base. One-piece cartridge design makes changing sharpeners fast and easy.
