Classic Scimitar Sword

Bring the sweeping style of a classic Middle Eastern blade to your collection with the Classic Scimitar Sword. Featuring a deeply curved blade, hawksbill-style pommel, and striking black and brass-colored hilt, this functional sword captures the distinctive character associated with historical scimitars. Its excellent balance also makes it a fitting choice for certain dance styles and belly dancing performances. Forged from 1566 high-carbon steel, the broad blade sweeps into a deep curve that gives the sword its unmistakable profile. The cutting edge is intentionally blunt, while the tip remains sharp. Near the widest section of the blade is an etched Middle Eastern-inspired floral pattern, adding an ornate accent. The hilt combines simple lines with elegant materials. A stainless steel guard sits at the base of the blade. It has a central ridge pointing onto the blade. The quillons ends with round tips. The handle is wrapped in black, pebbled leather for a dark contrast. At the end is a hawksbill-style pommel that curves downward to complete the classic scimitar silhouette. Both the guard and pommel feature a brass-colored titanium PVD coating designed to resist scratches and tarnishing. Well balanced in the hand, the Classic Scimitar Sword combines functional construction with a design suited to performance. Its blunt edge makes it especially useful for belly dancing and other Eastern dance routines, while the forged high-carbon steel blade gives it the substance of a functional sword. Please remember that the tip remains sharp despite the blunt cutting edge. Whether you are adding a sweeping Eastern blade to your armoury or searching for an eye-catching sword for dance performances, the Classic Scimitar Sword brings together striking curves, ornate details, and functional construction.
