Classic Latch Springform 9"

Cheesecake is a leap of faith right up until the moment you release the latch and the sides fall away clean. This 9-inch springform takes the nerves out of it, giving fragile, delicate-crumbed bakes a graceful exit. The detailsThe pan separates into two pieces: a flat base and a ring of straight sides held shut by a classic spring latch. Snap the latch closed to bake, then flip it open to loosen the ring and lift it straight up, leaving your cake standing on the base. It is built from heavy-gauge aluminized steel with the corrugated, ridged surface USA Pan is known for. That texture keeps air moving under and around the pan for even heat and steady browning, and it helps the steel resist warping over years of use. A reinforced rolled wire rim gives you something solid to grip going in and out of the oven. Inside is AMERICOAT, USA Pan's silicone-based nonstick made without PTFE, PFOA, or BPA. It releases cleanly and wipes out easily, so a graham crust or a sticky caramel layer comes away without a fight. Why we love it at Berry + Basil The spring latch makes assembly and release genuinely simple, even one-handed Removable sides mean you never have to invert a soft, set dessert to get it out Ridged aluminized steel browns evenly and won't buckle at the corners AMERICOAT nonstick releases cleanly and is made without PTFE, PFOA, or BPA Reinforced rolled rim is easy to grip with mitts on Heavy enough to feel like a lifetime tool, not a single-occasion buy Made in the USA and backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty Use it forClassic New York cheesecake, streusel-topped coffee cake, layered ice cream cakes, deep-dish quiche, and chilled mousse cakes that need to be unmolded without disturbing the top.
