Classic Cone Cylindrical Implant

DSI Classic implant is distinguished by a straight, slightly tapered body. Thanks to the unique design, this implant attains very high stability and has a remarkably larger surface area for increased bone-implant contact. DSI Classic implant is perfect for use in a dense bone and as the anchor implant in multi-unit restorations. The micro rings on these implants deliver optimal surface area, better load distribution, and reduced crestal stress all at once. Stability is guaranteed by the high level of contact between the bone and the implant. Indications: Immediate loading Traditional 2-stage protocols. Recommended for hard bone type I and type II Both single and multi-implant restorations Advantages: Made of titanium alloy grade 5 Ti-6Al-4V ELI. SLA surface treatment for better osseointegration. Connection 2.42mm Internal Hex, accepts the full range of the DSI Prosthetic component. Increased implant-abutment contact area. A self-tapping implant made with three cutting flutes, designed to engage the bone immediately during placement and ensure multi-directional locking. The tapping apex cuts into the bone with far less friction due to the relief design of the cutting edge. The smooth tri-dome apical part is gentle to anatomical structures. Smooth and controlled insertion of implant (according to the recommended drilling protocol) due to straight wall structure. Non-aggressive multi-format threads without peri-implant bone condensing effect. Micro rings on a coronal part -greatest surface area, better load distribution, and decreased crestal stress. SLA Surface Treatment: The classic SLA surface, short of «Sand-blast, Large grit, Acid-etch» is based on a large aluminum oxide Al2O3 particles sandblasting technique that generates a macro-roughness on the titanium surface. Sandblasting is followed by an acid-etching batch at high temperatures. As a result, subtle-sized 2-5 micron micropores appear at the implant surface. This unique macro/micro-topography provides an ideal structure for cell attachment while reducing the possibility of bacterial colonization. SLA surface treatment is one of the most used in modern dental implantology. The studies confirmed its strong long-term performance, high mechanical stability, and low odds of developing peri-implantitis. DSI has improved the process, making it hands-free and minimizing the aluminum oxide residuals that may remain on the surface and could significantly impair osseointegration.
