Stenner Pumps Classic 85M5 Single Head Adjustable Output Pump 85GPD 85MJL5A2STAA

The Single Head Adjustable Metering Pump is a reliable solution for residential, commercial, and industrial water treatment. It effectively injects solutions for pH control, oxidation, disinfection, and scale prevention, making it ideal for removing iron, hydrogen sulfide, and manganese.  Built for durability and precision, the Stenner adjustable metering pump features three detachable components: the motor, feed rate control, and pump head. Its output depends on motor rpm, feed rate percentage, and pump tube size. A 3-point roller assembly prevents backflow, siphoning, overdosing, and loss of prime for efficient operation. The fixed-rpm motor drives an adjustable feed rate control for accurate chemical delivery. As the rollers compress and release the pump tube, a self-priming vacuum effect ensures a consistent, uninterrupted flow unaffected by outlet pressure. This guarantees reliable chemical dosing for corrosion control, sanitization, and industrial applications.
