Reliable: Lubrication points are continuously supplied with lubricant. The Perma Classic 120ml automatic grease lubrication system is designed for consistent single-point lubrication across a wide range of industrial applications. Each unit relies on an electrochemical drive that builds internal pressure, enabling  operation with controlled discharge over 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. This auto greaser keeps lubrication points consistently supplied, reducing manual maintenance. It operates within a pressure range of up to 58 psi and functions reliably between 32 °F and 104 °F. This automatic greaser accommodates various greases and oils, making it flexible for roller bearings, gear systems, chains, and more. Activation is set by interchangeable, color-coded caps, allowing users to customize the discharge cycle. Approved for CE and Ex standards, the system suits environments where safety and reliability are critical. The Perma Classic 120ml automatic grease lubrication pack includes ten units, each built to support routine, hands-off maintenance.
