Plant Medicine (online + in-person)

Whole Plants Have Healing Power! Want to meet the humble and helpful plants right outside your door? Allow me to share what I've been learning about Wise Woman Herbalism since 2001. The Wise Woman tradition encourages each of us (women & men & all) to see the ally in every ailment/challenge and to trust in our own body’s innate wisdom and wholeness. It calls on simple ritual, whole foods and common plants (sometimes called weeds) rather than their synthetic counterparts. Workshops are tailor made for you and can be held online and in-person as our schedules allow. We’ll begin by learning to breathe with the plants, creating intimacy and relationship before learning how to identify and make your own remedies with accessible ingredients. Whenever possible, we will work with fresh plants in their various environments.  Your initial session includes a wildflower field guide for your region and a copy of our Guide to Nourishing Herbal Infusions.
