Clarks Self-Lubricating Chain — 10-Speed, 116 Links, Silver (Quick Link)

The Clarks Self-Lubricating Chain is a 10-speed bicycle chain with an integrated low-friction surface treatment applied at the factory. The Teflon-type self-lubricating coating helps reduce drivetrain drag and extends service intervals over a standard uncoated chain, making it a good choice for commuters, touring bikes, and everyday riders running Shimano 10-speed drivetrains. This chain is built for reliability and smooth pedaling efficiency, with nickel plating that improves wear and corrosion resistance compared to basic untreated chains. Key Features • Designed for 10-speed drivetrains • Self-lubricating surface treatment (factory-applied) • Nickel plating for improved corrosion and wear resistance • Lightweight yet rigid construction for efficient power transfer • Includes quick-link connector for easier installation • Silver finish • 116 links • Chain size: 1/2" x 11/128" Compatibility & Use Notes • Compatible with Shimano 10-speed drivetrain systems • Not compatible with SRAM 10-speed drivetrains • Chain size: 1/2" x 11/128" • Intended for road, hybrid, gravel, and commuter bikes • Requires proper sizing and quick-link installation Service / Ownership Context Self-lubricating coatings reduce the need for frequent lubing but do not eliminate maintenance. Regular chain wear checks will protect your cassette and chainrings. Quick links simplify service, but always verify direction and seating when installing.
