Clarifying Glow Serum | Gentle Acne Healing Serum for Sensitive & Reactive Skin

Most acne treatments ask your skin to suffer in exchange for clear skin. You know how this goes. The dryness. The peeling. The redness that makes you look more broken out than before. You strip everything down, damage your barrier, and somehow still wake up to a new breakout because a compromised barrier doesn't heal. It reacts. I spent years at the bench trying to solve a problem the acne industry doesn't want to talk about: most acne treatments make sensitive skin worse over time. Not because they don't work, but because they're not built for skin that needs support, not punishment. I'm Amy, the scientist behind YOU Skincare. And the Clarifying Glow Serum is what I created for the skin most acne formulas leave behind. THIS SERUM DOES SOMETHING DIFFERENT Instead of attacking your skin into submission, the Clarifying Glow Serum supports the conditions your skin needs to heal itself. When your barrier is calm and intact, your skin can regulate oil production, recover from breakouts faster, and resist the inflammation cycle that keeps sensitive skin stuck. That's the philosophy behind every ingredient I chose, and the reason this formula works where harsh treatments have failed you. "The Best Acne Serum For Fading Red Acne Marks & Soothing Breakout Prone Skin" — Amy Chang, @bondenavant WHAT'S INSIDE, AND WHY IT MATTERS Niacinamide (5%) The anchor of the formula. I chose niacinamide at a clinically-supported concentration because it does what most acne actives can't: calms visible redness, helps regulate oil, strengthens the barrier, and supports skin clarity. All without the dryness that pushes sensitive skin into a flare. N-Acetyl Glucosamine Works in partnership with niacinamide to gently support skin renewal and soften the appearance of post-acne marks over time. No peeling required. Alpha Arbutin As your skin heals, this ingredient helps even out lingering discoloration from past breakouts, the marks that stick around long after the breakout itself has cleared. Centella Asiatica & Licorice Root Two botanicals with deep roots in calming stressed, reactive skin. I included both because acne-prone skin doesn't just need clearing, it needs recovery. Willow Bark (non-exfoliating) I want to be clear about this one: willow bark is in this formula for its soothing and balancing properties, not as an exfoliant. It's appropriate for sensitive and reactive skin. Sea Buckthorn & Squalane Lightweight barrier nourishment that supports repair without heaviness or pore-clogging. Because healing skin shouldn't have to choose between moisture and clarity. THIS SERUM WAS MADE FOR YOU IF: Your skin breaks out and then stays irritated long after the breakout clears You've tried acids, benzoyl peroxide, or prescription actives and your skin reacted badly You're stuck in the cycle of treating breakouts and damaging your barrier, over and over You have adult or hormonal acne and everything feels too harsh You're rebuilding after overusing actives and need something your skin can actually trust You want a calm, consistent routine, not a treatment that requires recovery WHO MAY WANT TO HOLD OFF If you're currently tolerating strong prescription retinoids or antibiotics and your skin is stable, this may not be where you need to start. If you're highly sensitive to botanicals, patch testing is always recommended. And if you're looking for dramatic, overnight results, this isn't that. This serum rewards consistency, not urgency. HOW TO USE Apply 1–2 pumps to clean, slightly damp skin after cleansing and any toning step. Use once or twice daily depending on your skin's comfort. Follow with your moisturizer. Sunscreen is strongly recommended during the day, especially as your skin tone begins to even out. For sensitive or reactive skin, patch testing before full-face application is always a good idea. YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED Will this clear my acne completely? I formulated this serum to support the conditions skin needs to heal, not to guarantee a specific outcome. Results vary based on what's driving your breakouts, your overall routine, and your skin's individual response. What I can say is that for skin that has struggled with harsh treatments, this approach, calm, consistent, barrier-first, tends to be the missing piece. Can I use this with my current routine? Generally, yes. It's designed to work as part of a routine, applied after cleansing and before moisturizer. If you're using prescription actives, it's worth checking with your provider about layering. If you're taking a break from actives, this is an excellent bridge. How long before I see results? Skin that's been through a lot takes time to stabilize. Most people notice calmer, less reactive skin within 2–4 weeks. Improvement in post-acne marks tends to be more gradual, 6–8 weeks of consistent use gives you a truer picture. Your skin doesn't need more punishment. It needs something built for exactly what it's been through. Add to Cart. Give your skin the kind of care it's been asking for. Free U.S. shipping on every order. P.S. WHAT CUSTOMERS ARE SAYING "I comprised my barrier 8 yrs ago and Amy was amazing and helped me tremendously. At the time, Glow was the only thing I could put on my skin without my skin freaking out. Fast forward to present day — I broke out from antibiotics and products that didn't suit my reactive skin. I thought the answer was chemical exfoliants. Boy was I wrong. My skin became reactive, oily, scaly/rough. I reached out to Amy and she assured me even the most reactive/sensitive skin can handle Glow. She was right. I have been using Glow for a week, AM and PM, and the inflammation in my skin is getting better by the day. I am forever grateful for Amy and her Glow." — Ashley, Verified Buyer ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "This is one product I cannot live without. The glow and clarity it adds to my skin are unreal. The difference is noticed immediately as soon as I stop using it. I can't remember how many bottles I have purchased but this is always going to be part of my skincare routine." — Dalia E., Verified Buyer ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "I adore Amy's Clarifying Glow Serum. I've used it for years and will continue to repurchase again and again because it is that effective. It plays well with all other products in my routine — although it is what I notice makes the biggest difference in my skin." — Colby H., Verified Buyer ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
