Hot Tea Preparation: 1. Measure 6 g tea leaves and place into a teapot. 2. Bring water to a boil 100℃ / 212°F.  3. Pour 236 ml / 8 oz of boiling water over tea in the teapot. 4. Steep for 5 - 10 minutes. 5. Pour an equal amount of tea into each cup. **Always brew with boiling water and let infuse for 5-10 minutes in order to obtain a safe beverage**
