Citrus Herb Blend

Inspired by the traditional flavors found around the Italian coast, this mix of real orange peel, lemon peel, honey granules, turmeric, vinegar powder, garlic, onion, spices, and more is complex yet ultra-versatile. This easy-to-use blend adds beautifully balanced earthy, herbaceous, zesty, and sweet flavors to your dish. With notes of fresh herbs, slight pungency and sweet citrus, these ingredients are fresh-ground in small batches so you enjoy the best possible aroma, taste and color.  We love this blend on chicken, potatoes, pasta, porchetta or sauces. One of our favorite uses is a Citrus Herb crusted fish paired with a caper lemon sauce.
