Citronella Pot Candle

Details & Dimensions Scalloped Crown Ceramic Citronella Candle — Black & White, Two Sizes The citronella candle has never been asked to be beautiful before. The Citronella Pot changes the brief entirely. Cast in smooth matte ceramic with a scalloped crown rim — its cut-out arches and round apertures giving the vessel a graphic, almost heraldic silhouette — this is a candle that earns its place on a table for reasons beyond function. In matte white it reads as garden-fresh and effortlessly French; in deep gloss black it has the confidence of a piece that belongs indoors as much as out, beside a bottle of something cold and a cluster of botanical glassware. The fragrance opens with a clean hit of citronella and citrus — doing its practical work without apology — then develops into something genuinely worth smelling: lemongrass, lavender, and basil in the middle, softening into light amber and warm wood at the base. The result is a scent that keeps mosquitoes away and makes the terrace smell like a Provençal herb garden at golden hour. The large size burns three wicks for a pool of light wide enough to hold a table; the small clusters beautifully alongside it or marks the edge of an outdoor spread. Place the large at the centre of an outdoor table alongside your glassware and a marble serving tray — the scalloped rim catches candlelight through its cut-outs, casting a soft, moving glow across the spread.
