Citadel/Warhammer Small Layer Brush

Citadel Small Layer brushes are designed for adding controlled highlights, details, and finishing touches to Warhammer miniatures. With a finer tip than a base brush, they are ideal for painting smaller raised areas, edge highlights, armor trim, cloth folds, faces, weapons, purity seals, lenses, and other detailed parts of your models. Perfect for Warhammer 40,000, Warhammer Age of Sigmar, and other tabletop miniatures, the Small Layer brush is a useful choice once your base colors and shades are in place. It helps you build brighter highlights, refine details, and create a cleaner finished look across infantry, characters, vehicles, monsters, and scenery. Use the Citadel Small Layer brush with Citadel Layer, Base, and Technical paints for precise paint placement. For best results, thin your paint slightly when needed, avoid overloading the bristles, rinse regularly while painting, and keep paint out of the ferrule to help preserve the brush tip.
