CITADEL COLOUR - SHADE PAINTS

Give your miniatures instant depth and drama with Citadel Colour Shade Paints, formulated to flow into the recesses of your models and bring out every sculpted detail. One quick coat settles shadows naturally, defining armor plates, cloth folds, weapons, skin, fur — anything that needs instant contrast and grit. Use Shades over Base paints to lock in strong, readable detail fast, or glaze over Layers for subtle mood and tone shifts. Whether you want oily grime, rich sepia warmth, eerie spectral glow, or filthy warp-tainted grime, Shade Paints do the heavy lifting for you — no blending wizardry required. Perfect for armies, great on characters, essential on everything: shade it, let it dry, and watch your minis come alive.
