2 pack of TEC pad, textured edema control The Textured Edema Control (TEC) pad is a trim-to-fit foam pad with a textured design to help break down fibrotic tissue and control edema. The TEC pad is covered with Brrr® fabric that keeps patients cool and comfortable. The internal dense foam creates resistance to promote edema flow while allowing for precise, trim-to-fit control. Features: Brrr® fabric keeps patient cool and comfortable. 9″X 5″ pad trimmed as needed to fit any limb size. Includes 6 hook tabs to secure to wrap. Textured surface to maximize decongestion. Pad can be doubled for maximum therapy. Purpose: The TEC pad has a textured surface that is designed to "maximize decongestion". The textured material applies localized pressure, which helps to break up and move stagnant lymphatic fluid. Fabric: Made with a cool-to-the-touch Brrr® fabric for patient comfort.
