Soberdough's Cinnamon Swirl Beer Bread: Your Brunch Hero

Soberdough's Cinnamon Swirl Beer Bread: Your Brunch Hero Decadent, Buttery, and Irresistibly Swirled. Meet the ultimate crossover: the warmth of a classic cinnamon roll combined with the satisfying, easy-bake density of Soberdough’s famous beer bread mix. Our Cinnamon Swirl flavor is an absolutely irresistible treat that transforms breakfast, brunch, or dessert into an event. It bakes up golden brown, revealing a sweet, buttery ribbon of cinnamon and brown sugar that runs throughout the loaf. The Flavor Profile: Sweet & Spectacular This mix is the definition of comfort food. The core malty flavor of our base blend is perfectly complemented by generous amounts of Saigon cinnamon and sweet brown sugar. When you add that final stick of melted butter before baking, the cinnamon caramelizes on top, forming a slightly crunchy, beautifully fragrant crust and a moist, fluffy interior. It’s heaven when warm. Taste Notes: Warm cinnamon, rich butter, molasses from the brown sugar, and a comforting sweetness. Best Paired With: A dollop of cream cheese frosting, vanilla ice cream, or simply served warm alongside a cup of hot coffee or cider. Sweet Suggestion: For an extra-sweet loaf, use a ginger ale, root beer, or cream soda instead of beer. For a deeper flavor, try a stout or porter! The Soberdough Promise: Effortless Perfection You get all the complex, layered flavor of a homemade sweet bread without any of the work. Just one 12oz can of beer (or a carbonated substitute), a quick stir, and one hour in the oven. It is the easiest way to impress your guests, or simply treat yourself. Shelf Life & Storage Stock up and save the sweetness for later! Shelf Life: The unopened Cinnamon Swirl Beer Bread mix has an incredible shelf life of 36 months (3 years) from the date of manufacture. Store it in a cool, dry place.
