Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar

Cinnamon Pear White Balsamic Vinegar Warm, sweet, and deeply comforting — this vinegar tastes like the best parts of autumn distilled into a bottle. Real D'Anjou pears bring a honeyed, floral sweetness while warm toasty cinnamon weaves through every drop with just enough presence to be unmistakable without ever overpowering the delicate pear underneath. The white balsamic base keeps everything bright and balanced, making this one of the most versatile and beloved vinegars in our collection. It's an obvious fall favorite — the moment the leaves turn, this one flies off the shelf. But honestly, a vinegar this good has no off season. Once you discover what it does to a pork roast or a simple green salad, you'll be reaching for it in July too. Pairs beautifully with: Roasted pork tenderloin or pork chops — outstanding as a glaze Roasted chicken or turkey breast Mixed greens with candied pecans, sliced pear, and gorgonzola Butternut squash or sweet potato soup — a drizzle at the finish Brie or camembert with sliced apples and walnuts Vanilla ice cream, bread pudding, or apple crisp Oatmeal or Greek yogurt with granola Fall and holiday charcuterie boards Try this: Whisk with our Tuscan Herb EVOO, a pinch of sea salt, and cracked black pepper for a warm, complex vinaigrette that transforms a simple fall salad into something truly special. Add sliced pears, candied pecans, and crumbled gorgonzola and you have a dish worthy of any dinner party. Pairs beautifully with our Butter, Tuscan Herb, Toasted Walnut, and Honey Ginger EVOOs for dressings, glazes, and marinades. All of our balsamics are aged a minimum of 12 years in Modena, Italy — the birthplace of true balsamic vinegar. No shortcuts, no compromises.
