Cinnamon Maple Syrup | Organic Small Batch

Under The Bark: Cinnamon Infused Maple Syrup The Selection At Kempain Family Outfitters, we believe that the best products come from those who respect the land. We selected Under The Bark Syrup Co. for their dedication to transparency and their mission to provide a healthier, natural alternative to processed sugars. Owners Austin and Madeline Miller manage their 61-acre Minnesota homestead with a focus on sustainability, sourcing organic cinnamon sticks to ensure that every bottle meets our Mercantile standards for pure, honest ingredients. The Product This isn't just a sweetener; it’s a disciplined infusion of wood and spice. Under The Bark begins with pure, small-batch maple syrup and slowly infuses it with organic cinnamon sticks. The result is a sweet, woody profile that avoids the syrupy artificiality of flavored toppers. It is a refined, aromatic staple designed for those who appreciate a deeper complexity in their pantry. Product Details: Organic Infusion: Made with whole, organic cinnamon sticks. Pure Sourcing: Sustainable maple syrup from a family-run Minnesota homestead. No Processed Sugars: A natural, single-source alternative to refined sweeteners. Nutritional Highlights: Total Sugar Transparency: Contains 26g of naturally occurring sugars per 2 tbsp serving; 0g of added refined sugars. The Versatile Pantry: Beyond the Breakfast Table While excellent on a stack of sourdough pancakes, this syrup is built for more sophisticated applications: The Morning Workshop: Stir a teaspoon into black coffee or an oat milk latte for a warm, spiced depth without the "sugar-shack" heaviness. Heritage Cooking: Use it as a glaze for roasted root vegetables or heritage-breed pork. The cinnamon sharpens the natural sugars of the roast.
