CineDrive Pan & Tilt Head

NOTE: CineDrive Brain is required for the operation of this head.   CineDrive® delivers superior flexibility and reliability when accomplishing pan & tilt movements. Its high-precision worm drive system ensures ultra-smooth motion that is lash free, eliminating the need to calibrate for lash compensation and preventing the possibility of being back-driven, keeping your camera safe even if power is lost to the system. Its adjustable camera basket used for vertical positioning provides the center of gravity control required for vertical movement and its accessories such as fixed and adjustable degree rulers, heavy duty and weather resistant cable connections and a multitude of mounting holes give CineDrive® the tools and flexibility needed for precision performance. Download CineDrive Quick Start Guide General CineDrive Support Pan and Tilt Motor Options The 27:1 high speed brick option provides fast motions of up to 106 degrees per second, ideal for action shots, over cranked slow motion or ultra quiet operation at slower speeds. Because of the faster gearing, torque is reduced so it is advised to keep your camera setup under 12 lbs. (on center of gravity) in horizontal use. The 50:1 high torque brick option provides nearly 2 times the torque of the 27:1 high speed brick and is recommended when the pan/tilt head is used at an incline (vertical slider orientations). Increased gear reduction results in motions of 54 degrees per second and the ability to handle up to 25 lb. camera rigs (on center of gravity). *A CineDrive® Brain is required for proper use.
