Cincoro Añejo Tequila

Cincoro Añejo Tequila embodies the pinnacle of craftsmanship, meticulously aged for 24-28 months in the distillery’s underground cellar, where the cool, controlled environment enhances the interaction between the tequila and the barrel. This process results in an intense amber hue with captivating copper overtones. On the nose, the inviting aromas of wood and dried fruits elegantly resonate, creating a sophisticated bouquet that beckons exploration. The palate reveals a symphony of flavors, showcasing notes of orange, fig, and date, interlaced with hints of caramel and butterscotch, culminating in an unforgettable mouthfeel and a luxuriously smooth finish. Characterized by its remarkable smoothness and richness, Cincoro Añejo defies the conventional perceptions of tequila. Originating as Cincoro Blanco, this expression undergoes a robust aging process in used American whiskey barrels, where the master blender artfully distinguishes subtle notes from barrels aged over three years. This careful aging and blending process culminates in a rich, complex flavor profile that balances the uniqueness of its agave source with the nuances developed over time in specially selected barrels. With layers of complexity akin to fine bourbon or single malt Scotch, Cincoro Añejo invites you to savor its extraordinary depth, whether sipped neat or as part of a classic cocktail.
