Ciervo Damascus Steel BBQ Carving Set – Red Plátano Wood Handles (Knife & Fork)

In Argentina, carving meat is not simply a task — it is part of the ritual of the asado. The Ciervo Damascus Steel BBQ Carving Set with red plátano wood handles was designed to accompany that moment. Forged with patience and shaped by skilled artisans, this two-piece set brings together balance, strength, and material honesty for the table and the fire. In our workshop, Damascus steel is forged through a process of folding and hammering that strengthens the blade while creating the natural patterns that define each piece. The handles are crafted from plátano wood, carefully shaped and stained in a soft red tone that highlights the natural grain of the material. The set includes both a carving knife and matching fork, designed to work together with precision when serving meat during the asado. Each piece reflects the philosophy of Ciervo — honoring materials, respecting tradition, and creating tools meant to be used.
