In addition to the kit, you will need to add 2 lbs of corn sugar. If you are a winemaker, the difference in this kit will be the short fermentation time and on bottling day, you will need to add 5 oz of corn sugar also called priming sugar - no degassing, no stabilizing! The priming sugar is going to create a mini fermentation in the bottle - that creates the sparkle! Therefore, youll need to bottle in crown cap bottles with caps and a capper or champagne style bottles, beer bottles, EZ Cap style bottles.
