CI Upright Tri Fins

FCS II CI Upright Tri Fin Set   Complimenting the ever popular AM template which sits in the Carver family and is more suited to longer drawn-out turns, the CI upright can be paired to a variety of CI models and is designed for speed & tight turns. Overview The upright nature of this template promotes tighter turns and therefore comes to life in punchy, hollow waves and when performing vertical turns, but it will also suit conditions where you need immediate start-up speed from the take off. The full, robust profile of this fin from base-to-tip allows surfers to push hard while still getting that freedom to turn easily. "We designed the CI Upright because our surfboard range extended well into the hybrid and step-down categories and we needed a fin to maintain response and turning performance on our boards where the rocker was a little more relaxed and flatter". "This fin allows you to gain start-up drive and acceleration really quickly, yet still feel loose and free off the top. Many of our team riders have also gravitated to this fin on their high-performance shortboards and step-ups where they wanted less resistance and the ability to stay right in the pocket". - Britt Merrick A collaboration with Channel Islands Surfboards, the CI Upright is designed for speed & tight turns.
