Churchill - House Plan

We designed the Churchill with efficiency and affordability in mind. But this classic 4 bedroom plan doesn't let that efficiency detract from its curb appeal. Taking advantage of great symmetric proportions and all the features you can ask for, this plan has it all. A wide and deep front porch welcomes guests inside. The first floor primary bed suite features French doors out to the rear deck and an en-suite closet and bathroom. An optional pass-through from the primary bed suite closet into the laundry room provides convenience. A corner fireplace helps share the ambiance of a fire with the living room and dining area.  Upstairs, 3 roomy bedrooms share a privacy bathroom. A small room upstairs makes a great office, gym or storage space.
