The Chukar Partridges are a chicken like bird that is 13-15 inches long, weighs about 1 -1 1/2 pounds, with a 20 inch wingspan. The are a plump game bird with a small round head and,a black band that warps around the eye's cheek, and throat. When your finished carving your Chukar you can use your wood burner to create those fine details.
