Only a small amount is needed for the desired effect. How to apply: Use a thin layer of your favorite No-Wipe Top, cure it for only 15-20 sec. Apply a small amount of powder and rub it in with finger, or try our silicone brush (best!), soft microfiber cloth, or enclosed applicator.
