Apply a layer of no wipe gel topcoat. Unscrew cap, tap up and down on cap to remove excess powder with applied applicator, buff a thin layer of flakes onto nail surface. Brush off excess flakes off the nail Apply a layer of builder/hard gel to prevent chipping Seal with gel top coat.
