OSX 35 Handlebar

More than two decades in the making, the Chromag OSX Handlebar is the result of continuous refinement through rider feedback, mechanical testing, and countless hours on the trail. Built to deliver the perfect balance of strength, comfort, and precise handling, the OSX has become a benchmark for riders who demand confidence in every turn, drop, and descent. Constructed from custom-drawn, heat-treated 7050 alloy using advanced variable butting, the OSX offers exceptional durability without sacrificing ride quality. Its carefully engineered flex profile reduces trail chatter while maintaining the stiffness and steering precision needed for aggressive trail, enduro, and all-mountain riding. Over the years, Chromag has continually improved the handlebar's fatigue life, pushing it well beyond industry standards while preserving the responsive feel riders have come to expect. Available with both 31.8mm and 35mm clamp diameters, the OSX features an ergonomic 8° backsweep and 5° upsweep for a natural riding position. A full 800mm width provides maximum control and can be trimmed to match your preferred fit, while four rise options make it easy to dial in your cockpit.
