Chroma Technology Bessell UBVRI Filter Set

This Chroma Technology Bessell UBVRI filter set is used for imaging based on the Johnson-Cousins photometric survey. Chroma Technology filters have extremely durable, sputtered hard coatings using single substrates of the best glass, eliminating the need for laminations. These coatings can withstand humidity changes and extreme temperature fluxes and remain spectrally accurate in center wavelength (CWL) and bandpass adherence. All primary filter coatings are applied on the front surface and anti-reflection coatings on the rear surface to prevent ghosting and to maximize transmission.
