Christmas Chickens - Underglaze Transfer Sheet

New! Christmas Chickens! These Chickens are extra special and beautiful! They are different than our normal Chickens because they have White Underglaze in the body and their traditional pattern is printed over their white body so they are a thicker design that we recommend burnishing over to your greenware thoroughly.  Bring intricate, hand-drawn detail to your pottery with our high-quality underglaze rice paper transfers. Designed for versatility, these extra-large sheets are perfect for everything from large platters to wrapping multiple mugs with a single strip. 🔥 Product Highlights: Extra Large Design Area: Each sheet features a 19" x 13" usable area. Versatile Application: Safe for use on greenware (wet or leather-hard) and bisqueware. Firing Range: Stable from Cone 04 all the way to Cone 10. Must be fired at cone 6 to be sealed. Works beautifully in electric, gas, and wood kilns. Food Safe & Lead-Free: Once fired, these designs are completely food safe (we recommend a zinc-free clear glaze for the best color clarity). 🛠️ Technical Specs: Sheet Size: 19" L x 13" W Color: Colors may vary in person due to differences in screen settings, lighting during photography, and manufacturing variations. Skill Level: 5/5 - Hard (These are not like our normal chickens - since there are more layers, it is thicker and may be harder to apply) Firing Tip: For the most vibrant results at Cone 6, we recommend using Amaco Zinc-Free Clear. ⚠️ Important Notes: Made exclusively for Elan Transfers. Handle greenware with care after application as the design can smudge before it is fired. Always test a small piece before committing to a large production batch to ensure compatibility with your specific clay and glaze.
