Your $55 ticket includes:   ​Welcome Refreshments: Our signature Cold-Pressed Ginger Root Lemonade (whole lemons, fresh ginger, brown sugar, and maple syrup cold-pressed daily; bright, bold, and naturally spicy served over ice) and Saratoga Still Water.   ​Starters & Dips: Savory Lentil Dip, Belize-Inspired Ceviche with crisp tortilla chips, and our Signature Autumn Salad (mixed greens, cranberries, pecans, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, and house vinaigrette).   ​Main Course (Choose One at Checkout): ​Option 1: Rosemary Chicken Plate — The house favorite.
