Cacao is a deep (and I mean deep) rich dark chocolate. Great for blending with Candy Cane, Oatmeal Stout, Irish Cream, Sun Ripened Raspberry, Campfire Coffee....the sky's the limit! Or.... even better.... leave it alone and just enjoy. This chocolate is a lot more pricey than others (I paid a ton for it), but I truly consider it well worth it. Top Notes: Bittersweet Chocolate, Buttery Nuance Middle Notes: Coco Liquor, Subtle Spice Bottom Notes: Nutty Vanilla, Crystalized Sugar Flash Point: 200 °F IFRA SDS Vanillin Content: 6%
