Always wipe with the grain using long, straight strokes to avoid swirl marks. Maintain stable temperature (50°F–80°F / 10°C–27°C) and humidity (25%–40%) to prevent wood movement or finish damage. Avoid direct sunlight, which can cause fading or discoloration. Keep furniture away from moisture — rattan and wood are sensitive to humidity and water exposure. Wipe up spills immediately and store furniture in a dry, climate-controlled environment. Fabric Care -  Protect fabrics from sunlight. Prolonged exposure can cause fading; use shades or awnings when possible. Vacuum fabrics regularly to remove dust and prevent buildup. Use a professional dry cleaner experienced in home furnishings for periodic cleaning. Do not attempt spot cleaning yourself — always consult a professional. Understand that fabrics wear over time; durability varies by weave and usage. Stain-resistant finishes help reduce soiling but still require proper care and prompt professional attention for spills. Synthetic fibers offer strong performance but are not immune to wear; results depend on weave and application. Warranty Information: Frames -  Duration: 1 year from the date of invoice.
